Student Placement
We can provide flexible, interesting and challenging learning opportunities through a structured student placement program. Placements are available in the fields of Social Work, Community Welfare/Development, Nursing, Youth Work, Disability Work, Individual Support, plus more.
We are committed to ensuring that students on placement have a positive experience and undertake work which provides them with relevant training and experience for their future professional life.
Vision And Goals Pty Ltd recognises the importance of student placements in the development of their skills, experience and future professional development and the impact they will make in the community, also in the lives of Youths, people with disabilities, mental illness and in the industry.
We are committed to ensuring that students on placement have an amazing experience and undertake work which equips them with applicable training and trip-line for their future professional life.
If you are a tertiary student who is looking for a great learning environment and helpful and supportive staff to show you the technique to accelerate your career, please register your interest.
If you are successful at gaining a student placement, you will be required to provide mandatory checks (Working with Children’s Check WWCC, National Police Check, NDIS Workers Screening, FirstAid) appropriate to the placement.
Please note that a person who is a student but is neither an intern nor required by their course to undertake a placement is categorised as a volunteer.

Volunteering with Vision And Goals Pty Ltd, you will need to either have or undertake required mandatory checks (Working with Children’s Check WWCC, National Police Check, FirstAid) and attend relevant and important training such as Child Safe Environments, Understanding Disability and Mental illness, Person-Centred Approach and Strength-based approach.
All new volunteers will receive a full induction into working at Vision And Goals Pty Ltd. We encourage our volunteers to participate in the life of the organisation in the same way as our paid staff – attending our annual conference, Christmas parties, training and professional development.
